This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit a workspace maintained by ProteusEngage. (The “Workspace”.) We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personally-identifiable information as you use this Workspace. This Privacy Policy tells you how we protect and use information that we gather from you. By using a ProteusEngage workspace, you consent to the terms described in the most recent version of this Privacy Policy. “We,” “our” means ProteusEngage and its affiliates. “You,” “your,” visitor,” or “user” means the individual accessing this workspace.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal information is information that identifies you as an individual, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and fax number. We may collect personal information from you in a variety of ways:

  • When you send us an application or other form.
  • When you conduct a transaction with us, our affiliates, or others.
  • In some places on this workspace you have the opportunity to send us personal information about yourself, to elect to receive particular information, to purchase access to one of our products or services, or to participate in an activity.

When you visit the workspace, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the workspace, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the workspace, and information about how you interact with the workspace. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the workspace, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Workspace.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Workspaces (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Workspace, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Workspace--you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites/. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

HOW IS PERSONAL INFORMATION USED FOR COMMUNICATIONS?

We may contact you periodically by e-mail, mail or telephone to provide information regarding programs, products, services and content that may be of interest to you. In addition, some of the features on this Workspace allow you to communicate with us using an online form. If your communication requests a response from us, we may send you a response via e-mail. The e-mail response or confirmation may include your personal information. We cannot guarantee that our e-mails to you will be secure from unauthorized interception.

HOW IS PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURED?

We have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personally-identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized personnel and third party vendors have access to your personal information, and these employees and vendors are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite these precautions, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personal information.

DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we do not alter our Workspace’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

HOW CAN A USER ACCESS, CHANGE, AND/OR DELETE PERSONAL INFORMATION?
